Tree Dedication Ceremony In Memory of Zhya David Jacobs.
Date: Saturday, November 12, 2011, day after third anniversary of accident
Time: 11:00-11:45 am (If the weather is inclement the ceremony may be shorter)
Location: Montrose Harbor (around the lake on the south side directly across from the southside Mens and Ladies restrooms, close to the shore overlooking the city skyline), on Lake Michigan, Chicago, IL. We will have a bright orange balloon attached to the tree at the site.
