This is Sandy’s son JOVAN. He had such fun on this horse and if you check out the videos from this event you will see that this was not the only time he rode this horse! 
Jovan’s Mom Sandy is a beautiful woman herself and in her career choice of MAKEUP ARTIST she gets to make others beautiful too!
